McDowell Tech Giving Day is a 24-hour fundraising event designed to launch the Title III Matching Grant program for the MTCC Foundation Endowment.
To illustrate, a donation of $1,500.00 can cover the full expenses of tuition, fees, and books for a committed student. Thanks to our matching grant, your $1,500.00 donation transforms into a substantial $3,000.00 investment in their educational journey.

On November 1st, McDowell Tech Giving Day launches a 24-hour fundraising event to kick off our Title III Matching Grant program; part of our Title III Grant from the Department of Education. This program includes a matching grant initiative for the next three years, where every donation to the McDowell Tech Foundation General Endowment will be doubled, potentially increasing our endowment by $448,000.00. This infusion of funds will significantly expand the number of scholarships we can award to deserving students annually, breaking down barriers to education. For example, a
