Planning and Accountability

The Institutional Effectiveness Office (IE) provides leadership and direction for college-wide planning and assessment activities for continuous improvement, accreditation compliance with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges and institutional research and reporting.

The IE Office provides training on planning and assessment, administers institutional surveys for assessment purposes, monitors reporting for data quality, produces reports to inform the college community of the state of the college, coordinates the program review process, monitors key performance indicators to ensure effectiveness, and provides institutional research support to all departments.

The Director of Institutional Effectiveness serves as the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) accreditation liaison for the college as well as being designated as the college’s data coordinator and the IPEDS key holder.
