Safety and Security
The McDowell Technical Community College (MTCC) Security Office provides protection to faculty, staff, students and College property. MTCC Security Officers are responsible for a full range of public safety services including investigating and reporting of all crimes committed on campus, responding to medical and fire emergencies and monitor state and local laws regarding the use of controlled substances, alcohol and weapons.

Student Behavioral Report
The Behavioral Intervention Team helps keep our community healthy and safe. You are an important member of the team. Your reports allow the team to reach out to individuals and provide appropriate intervention and support. With your help, the team is better able to keep our campus a safe environment in which students, faculty and staff may live, study and work.
