Transcript Request Form
If you would like a transcript, please complete the Transcript Request Form. Official transcripts cost $5.00, while unofficial transcripts are free of charge. Official transcripts must be mailed as McDowell Tech cannot send them electronically. Your request will be processed once payment is received.
Payment Options:

– In person at the Business Office (Cedar Building)
– Provide card information on the Transcript Request Form
– Pay by check or money order
