Marion- The McDowell Technical Community College Foundation is proud to announce that nominations are now open for the 2025 McDowell Tech Alumni Awards. This annual program, established in 2021, honors outstanding alumni who have leveraged their education at McDowell Tech to achieve excellence in their careers, serve their communities, and support the college’s mission.
The Alumni Awards recognize individuals who have earned a degree, diploma, certificate, or certification from McDowell Technical Community College since its founding in 1964. Nominees should exemplify distinction in one or more of the following areas:
- Excellence in their chosen profession
- Outstanding service in local, state, or national affairs
- Significant contributions in support of McDowell Technical Community College
- A transformational or inspirational impact stemming from their McDowell Tech experience
Nominations must be submitted by April 5, 2025, using the official McDowell Tech Alumni Awards Nomination Form at https://mcdowelltech.edu/alumni-awards/ . Recipients will be recognized during McDowell Tech’s graduation ceremonies on May 9 or May 10, 2025.
