Open LMS App Info and Download Links

Send Facebook-style messages and notifications
Record video, audio, and take pictures
Track your online classes

My password is not working.

Do you have caps lock on?
Are you on the MTCC Open LMS page ?

To reset your password:

1. Choose the Forgot Password option

2. Enter your user ID (same as your MTCC Gmail ID)

3. Click Search

4. You will receive a new login link via email.

I logged into Open LMS but do not see my course.

Courses will be available on the first day of class. If it the first day of class or after:

Verify your list of courses through WebAdvisor
Contact the Distance Education to verify your Open LMS course enrollment

How do I contact my Instructor?

Your instructors’ contact information is in the course syllabus located
1. Under Course Contacts at the bottom of your course screen in Open LMS
2. You should use the instructors’ preferred method of contact. Some instructors do not have offices on the McDowell Tech campus, so email or phone are usually your best options.
