McDowell Technical Community College announcedsignificant in time for the fourth annual MTCC Alumni Awards Program.
The changes made to the program this year allow for participation of all alumni of the college, including current MTCC Trustees, MTCC Foundation Board Members, and faculty and staff of the college.
Previous rules did not allow for nominations of these individuals. In addition, to avoid confusion, there are no longer categories of nominations based on degree type or age of the nominee.
In 1977, the McDowell Technical Community College Foundation, Inc. was created to enrich resource development and enhance the quality of college life by procurement of gifts from the private sector. The Foundation operates under the auspices of a Board of Directors who plan and conduct fundraising projects, pledge campaigns, special events and related projects.
This fabulous print is taken from an original pencil sketch created by Charla Parks, an immensely talented artist studying Graphic Design through MTCC.
The delightful aerial view would make a beautiful addition to the wall of any alumni, or staff member past or present. It would make a wonderful Christmas gift and is available for only $59 (unframed) or $149 (framed).
