Early Childhood Education
Early Childhood Education
The Early Childhood Education Program offers high quality, engaging learning experiences that connect students to children, families, and to the profession. Students participate actively in the college classroom and in the field with young children of different ages in a variety of settings. Small class sizes and close relationships with faculty and other students create a welcoming environment. Certificates build into a diploma, and an associate and then into a transferable degree. Several career tracks are available.

Potential Careers for Graduates
Preschool teachers, teacher assistants, special education assistants, family child care owners, directors of child development centers, and transferability for a four year birth-kindergarten licensure (B-K Licensure and Non-Licensure Tracks).
