What is an apprenticeship?

McDowell Tech’s apprenticeship programs connect employers with individuals seeking employment and hands-on training opportunities in various industries. Apprenticeships combine on-the-job training with classroom instruction to help participants gain skills, earn credentials, and establish career pathways while providing programming tailored to the employer’s needs.
