Program Coordinator and Lead Photographic Technology Instructor
The Photographic Technology program prepares both future imaging professionals and amateurs alike to become more technically proficient with their cameras and lighting equipment and more creative with their picture taking skills. You can earn an associate degree, certificate, or just take classes. Our instructors are successful professional photographers who are passionate about sharing their knowledge with students of all backgrounds.
Graduates of the Information Technology curriculum may be employed as Computer Support Specialists, Web Developer, Designer, System Administrators and more!
Where Do Graduates Work in McDowell County and Western NC?
Graduates open studios or work from home as location/freelance photographers. Others work on staff for local newspapers.
